Alana and Alyssa

Alana De La Garza, an outstanding actress who has created a lasting impression on the television. De La Garza, a Mexican American father and Irish American mother, were both born in Columbus Ohio on June 26, 1976. Within a short time she moved to Texas where she pursued a training in physical therapy at the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't last for long in Texas and moved in Orlando Florida where she experienced numerous acting roles which included independent local films as well as international commercials. Although she only had a few parts, she rapidly discovered her love of acting. After moving in New York, in 2001, Rosa Santos earned her debut acting part in the show All My Children. There were minor roles in JAG: Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men at the beginning of 2000. Her first major part came in 2004 on the brief dramatic The Mountain. The character was Maria Serrano and De La Garza was lucky enough to appear alongside a number of top TV actors such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. She portrayed A.D.A. in Law & Order which was where her most memorable performance was from 2005. Connie Rubirosa. The actress was on the show for 85 episodes. Then she joined the brief, but short-lived spinoff Law & Order: LA. De La Garza has been nominated to win several awards, including the award for Best Supporting Actress - TV from the Imagen Foundation Awards as well as numerous ALMA Award nominations. The National Hispanic Media Coalition awarded the Impact Award, which is an award for the best performances in drama-based television shows. De La Garza was then cast as a recurring character on CSI Miami. Her role was Marisol Delko, who is the lover of David Caruso's Horatio. She played Dr. Lena Solis in NBC's dark drama Do No Harm. The series was cancelled after just two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. The actress is Italian and has a younger brother Cory. She was raised in the strictest and most religious family. Milano was able to begin her career at seven when her babysitter accompanied her to an audition to act. Milano was among four girls picked from thousands of hopefuls. Milano appeared in commercials for television and on off-Broadway plays, among them the first American musical version of Jane Eyre.
